RoHS
Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 January 2003 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS).
Prohibition of Pb, Hg, Cd, CrVI, PBB and PBDE in new electrical and electronic equipment placed on the market.
An exception to the Directive exists for spare parts intended for the repair or reuse of electrical and electronic equipment placed on the market before 1 July 2006 (Directive 2002/95/EC Article 2(3)).
Our products delivered to you before 1 July 2006 contain substances for which restrictions arise in Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS) if they are not marked as RoHS compliant.
As of July 1, 2006, we will ensure that the products we place on the market for the first time comply with the requirements of RoHS.
